At Lorena Canals, we want you to love your home decor; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold the rug or accessory and place it back into its original packaging or a similar protective bag to ensure it remains clean during transit.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return to confirm its original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
